One day as I was walking home from elementary school(5th) I noticed that a bright red animal was in are driveway I went to go take a closer look, it was a baby cardinal that was a male. I knew this because its body was bright red and females body are red but mostly a bright gold. So I observed I thought it was dead but it was alive. I rushed in the house and told my mom to come outside, she saw and then we called Iowa city animal care and Adoption center.
I was really stupid I admit it so I'll tell you why I went all the way to the gas station and got sunflower seeds to feed even though baby's eat regurgitated food from their mother. By the way it took them 2 hours not hating or anything but what if there was a dog that got shot. So for the rest of the time I just took out my drawing pad and well drew it. Finally someone came and she handled the bird and informed us that its wing was broken and probably fell out of a tree.

1. I learned that martin has moved to an apartment complex and is afraid of the elevator there.
2. The internal conflict that martin is having is that if hes afraid of an old woman then hes worse than the names they call him at school. 3. The detail that creates suspense is that elevator moved slowly going up because of how heavy the woman was which made it feel like the elevator would fall or get stuck. 4. There seems to be a conflict between the dad and him when his father said "When are you going to grow up and act like a man." 5. The turn in the story is when he injures his leg and is forced to ride the elevator since he has crutches. I think three presidents traits are...
Leadership. The president should be able to protect us from new bills that would negatively hurt the country, since he has the power to approve bills which becomes a law or veto a bill. Ownership, we need presidents who are going to own up to their mistakes and not cover it up. The last one is having a president who is composure being able to keep cool even though people insult you or try to get to you. |
